  • Help when dealing with side effects like nausea, insomnia and fatigue

  • Cope better emotionally

  • Learn how to manage stress and anxiety better in future

Stress Management

Meditation Sessions – RPA Hospital

Meditation drop in sessions for people affected by cancer are held weekly.  Learn about meditation as well as techniques to reduce tension and feel calmer.

Weekly sessions held on Tuesday from 11am-12pm beginning February 2009

Weekly group running Mondays from 2-4pm beginning February 2009
