Support Groups

Many people find talking with people in a similar situation a great way to learn, gain valuable support and combat feelings of isolation.  We provide a range of support and education groups led by healthcare professionals.

How support groups can help:

  • An opportunity to be supported and to help support others
  • Professional advice and support from skilled facilitators
  • A chance to talk about your concerns, share experiences and information
  • Develop new skills for looking after yourself and coping with day-to-day life
  • Dealing with your emotions, and the emotions of your family
  • Feel less isolated by being connected with a group.
